Q: I would like to use the programme in my own language.
A: Training resources are currently available in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Russian language presentations are now in production. For updates on presentations in other languages please contact support.
Q: How do I renew/ upgrade my membership?
A: Membership automatically renews each month. To Upgrade go to the UPGRADE ACCOUNT tab in your virtual office then choose the membership level that you wish to have.
Q:How do I downgrade my membership?
A: Membership fees are non refundable. To downgrade your membership go to the UPGRADE ACCOUNT tab in your virtual office then choose the membership level that you wish to have. Those who wish to downgrade are advised to do so 2-4 days before automatic renewal date.
Q: How can I delete my account?
A: Contact customer support through your virtual office. Your account will be deactivated.
AD/ TRAFFIC EXCHANGE PLACEMENTS
Q: Ad link/Site URL is not placed in the rotator or Ad link/Site URL deleted.
A:Your site, ad or url does not meet the frame test for the rotator. URL might be broken.
We recommend you select a different site or check the URL again.
Q:What banner formats can be placed?
A:There are no technical restrictions on the banner sizes that can be placed. The most popular are 468x60, 728x90 and 125x125, but we recommend that you view the banner yourself before launch to see how well it fits on the screen.
Q: What type of ads are not accepted?
A: Any ad found to be promoting any of the following will be rejected and/or removed from the platform:
Q:Can’t see any ads to be viewed
A: From your back office, please click on the surf site button to view ads. As members assign more ad credits to each ad the rotation will continue.
Q: I mistakenly clicked the link to place my website on the rotator. How do I remove it?
A: Go to the Traffic Exchanger Sites tab, then select DELETE to remove ad
Q: Do I get credits/money returned if my ad was not accepted?
A: Credits are automatically returned if your ad has been rejected. Please note the amount of credits returned is directly related to the number of ads rejected (i.e.If two ads are rejected then only the credits for the value of those two ads is returned)
Q:What the difference between ad packs and ad credits
A: Adpacks are products where you can earn a reward of an average of .07 to 1 percent per day by viewing 10 ads. Ad credits are equivalent to money within the system to allow you ads to run on our platform. Each time an ad is viewed a credit is deducted from your ad credit balance.
Q:How much are adpacks?
A: Each Adpack is $25. Ad packs give you the following ad credits: 10K banner, 5K text and 500 surfing credits.
Q: How can I get more ad credits?
A: There are 4 ways to earn/get credits in our system.

Q:How are ad credits counted/ allocated per monthly membership?
A: Silver: 500 Gold:1,000 Diamond: 2,500 Double Diamond: 4,000
Q: Is it possible to exchange credits for real funds?
A: No credits are the currency within the system and cannot be transferred to account balance for withdrawals.
Q: I don’t see my referrals in my downline/in the matrix.
A: There are a number of reasons why a referral might not be showing in your matrix. Contact support from your member virtual office to have them first verify your details then follow their instructions.
Q: How can I see my team/downline?
A: From your member virtual office, Go to the the PROFILE tab in your virtual office then select MATRIX POSITION.
Q: How do I locate my sponsor’s information/ contact?
A: From your member virtual office, sponsor information can be seen through the STATS tab under the PROFILE section of your members menu. There you can see your sponsor’s name, username and can contact them via email.
Q:My deposit is not showing up.
A: Depending on the type of transaction it might take from 15 minutes to 2hrs to appear in your deposit history. Contact support to have them first verify your details then follow their instructions.
Q: How do I make deposits to my account?
